Our second meeting was on the 14th of February. This was my first time learning Thai and I was a bit nervous since I did not know any. Even though the pronunciation was veery different from what I am used to, it was a lot of fun. Well, mostly the intonation. Also, something to remember is that “ka” pretty much goes with anything.

Kob khun ka= Thank you
Chai ka= Yes
Mai chai ka= No
Yin dee tee dai roo jak na ka= Nice to meet you
Chan chue Cecilia= I am Cecilia
Hew= Hungry
Kor thod ka= Sorry
