Time for a Finnish experience once again – Sauna and ice bathing:
We all have been in a sauna before but going to swim in the lake after the Finnish sauna hits differently.
We met at the Kaupinojan Sauna and we were surprised how big the sauna was.
I enjoyed the sauna, although it was very hot and dry. Maybe I just knew what will come afterwards.
The experience to swim in the lake was even worse than I thought it would be – I don’t like the coldness to much.
However, the tickling after going to the sauna again felt nice.
In the end we agreed that we like the hot sauna better than going into the lake.
There was also some Finnish food to enjoy. Karjalanpiirakka / Perinteiset korvapuustit / Salmiakki
