Now it was finally time to show my friend the most famous dish in Switzerland:
Fondue – special melted cheese.
Fondue is a typical winter dish after a long and cold day on the ski slope.
Sitting in a warm cottage, spending time with good friend and of course a good bottle of wine. Beautiful Alps – I miss you!
You can buy the special fondue cheese everywhere in Switzerland.
Melt the cheese in a pot – cut bread in cubes – put the cube on a fork and soak it with the cheese and enjoy.
