Cannot believe, this was our LAST meeting today! 5 months here in Tampere went by so quickly. I enjoyed every single day and of course every meeting with Flóra. It was a pleasure to meet her and I will miss our meetings. We decided to go to Café Europa, since our first meeting was there. We drank a cup of tea (like we did it the first time) and passed our time here in Tampere in review. And we decided not to teach each other at that meeting, we just wanted to enjoy our last meeting and talk about our experiences during our exchange. Since I spend the last week in Lapland and Flóra will go there tomorrow as well (with the same organization and to the same place), we talked about the days and I gave her some tips about what to take with and so on.
I am happy that I had the change to be part of the Each One Teach One program. This course helped me to learn something about the Hungary and its culture. It was nice to cook some typical dish with Flóra and learn some Hungarian basics.
We promised each other that this was not a goodbye, this is going to be a see you later. Since I have always wanted to visit Hungary and especially Budapest, I decided to visit Flóra next year (when my purse is filled again with some money 😊).
Flóra I wish you all the best for your future (hope you will find your “dream job” next year, perhaps even in Germany)…I am looking forward to see you again soon! 😊
