On our third meeting we focused on numbers and basic colors, as especially numbers are essential in our daily lives. To make learning more enjoyable we did that by playing different boardgames and playing cards, where you need to know the colors and numbers. I think for both of us remembering the vocabularies is still pretty hard, but with a little help or rereading the words once or twice, it starts getting better! Even though a lot of words are not written as they are pronounced. Overall, I’d say it is noticeable how we are getting a better feeling for each other’s language with every meeting!
