- Infraesitykset priorisoidaan 8.9.2025.
2. Vuosisuunnittelun elokuun to do: Keskustelu tiedekunnan strategisista palvelutarpeista & strategisten hankkeiden raportointi

3. Tiedoksi ja ajankohtaiset asiat:
- Työterveyshuollon palvelut on kilpailutettu ja ne siirtyvät Mehiläiselle 1.11.2025 alkaen. Intran uutinen asiasta: Työterveyshuollon toimija vaihtuu Terveystalosta Mehiläiseksi marraskuun alusta 2025
- Opetustehtävissä meritoitumisen prosessi käynnistyy tänäkin syksynä ja deadline on 8.10.2025.

1. Introductory discussion on individual investment proposals and infrastructure entities

Staff and Senior Scientists will present ITC’s investment proposals, which will be compiled into ITC’s submission for TAU’s 2026 investment program.

The proposals will be considered in light of ITC’s infrastructure entities and their development plans.

Preliminary materials: development documents of the infrastructure entities and a summary of investment proposals.

Infrastructure proposals will be prioritized on September 8, 2025.
2. Annual planning – August to-do: Discussion on the faculty’s strategic service needs & reporting on strategic projects

The faculty’s proposal on strategic service needs must be submitted by September 1.
3. For information and current matters:

Occupational health services have been put out to tender and will transfer to Mehiläinen as of November 1, 2025. Intranet news on the matter: Occupational health care provider will change from Terveystalo to Mehiläinen at the beginning of November 2025.

The process for merits in teaching assignments will start again this autumn, with a deadline on October 8, 2025.
