Tietohallinnon väki tulee tapaamaan tiedekuntaa ja kuulemaan toiveita ja keskustelemaan arjen haasteista
ITC talouskatsaus, kesä-heinäkuu sekä Nexus-tutkimusinfrastruktuurin talous
Nexxus, aiemmin nimellä Human-Centered Research Hub, on monitieteinen tutkimusinfrastruktuuri, joka keskittyy ihmiskeskeiseen tutkimukseen. Aiemmin jokaisella tiedekunnalla oli omat laboratoriot ja muut tutkimus- ja opetustilat, joilla oli osittain päällekkäisiä toimintoja. Yhdistämällä tutkimusinfrastruktuurit ITC, SOC, EDU ja MAB tiedekunnat voivat tarjota tutkijoille ja opettajille laajemmat mahdollisuudet sekä parempaa tukea käyttäjille, samalla kun olemassa olevien infrastruktuurien käyttöä tehostetaan.

- Työterveyshuollon palvelut on kilpailutettu ja ne siirtyvät Mehiläiselle 1.11.2025 alkaen. Intran uutinen asiasta: Työterveyshuollon toimija vaihtuu Terveystalosta Mehiläiseksi marraskuun alusta 2025
- Opetustehtävissä meritoitumisen prosessi käynnistyy tänäkin syksynä ja deadline on 8.10.2025. Palaamme tähän yksiköiden päälliköiden kanssa seuraavissa tapaamisissa ja joryssa syyskuun aikana.

Nexus, formerly known as the Human-Centered Research Hub, is a multidisciplinary research infrastructure focusing on human-centered research. Previously, each faculty had its own laboratories and other research and teaching facilities with partly overlapping functions. By combining the research infrastructures of the ITC, SOC, EDU, and MAB faculties, researchers and teachers can be offered broader opportunities and better user support, while also making the use of existing infrastructures more efficient.

Occupational health care services have been put out to tender and will be transferred to Mehiläinen starting 1 November 2025. Intranet news on the matter: The provider of occupational health care will change from Terveystalo to Mehiläinen at the beginning of November 2025.

The process for merit-based recognition in teaching tasks will begin again this autumn, with the deadline on 8 October 2025. We will return to this topic with unit heads in upcoming meetings and in the management team during September.
