We had an exciting visit to The Finnish Museum of Games in Vapriikki, Tampere. The museum exhibits a cross-section of Finnish games industry from early board games to mega hits like Angry Birds and Clash of Clans. During the visit Eevi portrayed her amazing skills of speed and hand eye coordination on the classic Finnish speed test game.

After all the play and taking a walk in the memory lane of old games, we wandered into the board game cafe, Taverna, right next to the Tampere railway station.  Lautapelikahvila we called it a day after good times, some cups of hot cocoa and games of chess, blokus and the classic dice game of Frustration aka Trouble or Kimble.
