The project “Regional Challenges to Multilateralism” (2017-2020) was funded by the KONE foundation and hosted by TAPRI (Tampere Peace Research Institute). It focused on the dynamics between regionalisms and the deepening crisis of multilateralism. It aimed to determine the scope and depth of political cleavages between regional blocs, and to shed ligth the political discourses and cultural denominations about competing blocs.
