Hard period for the environment

Nowadays, environment is much more unstable than ever before. Mostly this is due to continues global industrialization and absolute careless of society. However, when it seems to be as worse as it possible, world facing new problems in energy field.

As it known energy main resources are not recoverable and in addition of this problem it raised an another one. So called energy crisis, because of instability of oil providence. As a consequence of that issue, globally there are preparations of wood and coal industries. Also, some countries trying to reduce energy consumption.

What are effects of those actions?

First and the most obvious action is a reduction of trees amount especially in Europe, it might be not so enormous, but still will have an effect since the growing up of new trees is time consumption process, it might take from 50 to 70 years or even from 70-100 years in particular species. Moreover, that enormous increasement in wood burning will accumulate a lot of smog, and main part of this smog is CO2, which is destructive in terms of ozone layer, so planet could face expansion of current holes and production of new ones. Of course, it is no need in saying how it would affect planet, at least more
ultraviolet waves will break through protective layer. Also, CO2 emissions could make so called greenhouse effect.

Is there any solution or alternatives?

Of course, every problem has its own solution, and this issue is not an exception. Society already started explorations in area of alternative energy and maybe reusable energy. Current actions are just acceleration of that work. Actually, right now we have 5 alternative ways of energy production, it must be said that not all of them are suitable for every country, however they still might be a decision in current time.

1. Biomass energy, this is a way of waste transformation into an energy
   source. For example, wood production waste could be reused as a fuel, at
   least to save trees.
2. Solar energy, the most known alternative, and the most unsuitable one at the same time, however still useful. The worst thing about this way of energy absorbing is fastidiousness weather conditions.
3. Wind energy, windmills can’t produce a lot of energy but could work approximately everywhere.
4. Hydro energy is also well-known one, mostly it is hard to absorb energy form this method because, energy station should be built near waterfall to transform falling water energy into usual one.
5. Geothermal energy is one of the hardest and dangerous one, however could provide energy for small town.

After all, I can be said that nowadays environment under big threat, however, hopefully society decided to solve problems connected to our planet this is pleasant step, which for sure won’t be last one.
