Yesterday we had a rather easy going meeting. We started with some grammar, since this was too close to our last meeting, he was not angry, that I had not yet done the homework 😉
We will have a closer look at tenses and rules when he gets back from Italy. After that we listened to some music. We started with Spanish, since I was still kind of into it. On the computer we opened the lyrics of the song and I tried to understand as much as possible, which was quite hard, since the song was very quick and I struggled with defining where one word ended and the next one started… Looking at the lyrics made it somewhat easier, because I recognized some words and understood most of the content 😉
Looking at Luis it was rather different, or better said: difficult 😀
His German classes are much longer ago than my Spanish classes, so that he hardly understood anything. But it was super funny to hear what he thought it might mean 😀 Completely different meanings or words mixed up. It was a very fun meeting and we will definitely do this again. He also advised me to watch some Spanish movies to get back into the language and maybe next time we will even try to talk in Spanish… although I will need much help in expressing myself 🙁
