15.11 Dani's birthday party

I was invited to my friend Dani’s birthday party on 15 November!

When I arrived, they had prepared so much delicious food like cakes, snacks, drinks and even some small homemade dishes. Everything tasted really food, and it felt warm and welcoming to be part of the celebration.

We spent the evening eating, talking singing and dancing together. I realy enjoyed how everyone joined in, even people who didn’t know each other very well. It reminded me that Finnish gatherings can feel quiet at first, but once people relax, they become very fun and open.

After the party, we went outside and had a snow fight. It was freezing, but we were laughing so much that I didn’t even care about the cold. It was such a simple moment, but it felt special – one of those memories I know I will never forget. I felt grateful to experience a birthday party in Finland and to be included in their traditions and friendships.
