We met at jasmins place to cook crêpes, something my family traditionally makes on Fridays. While preparing the dough we listened to some music and compared our music tastes. Then yeyoung showed off her crêpes-flipping skills! Jasmin then prepared a cinnamon-yoghurt-honey filling for the crêpes. This one was a live-changer! Yeyoung prepared a typical Korean pancake with cream, Nutella, blueberries and an bit of strawberry jam for us. Delicious. We exchanged simple phrases like „I love you“ in our languages. Korean is a very difficult language for me! We also talked a little bit about how it feels for us to be abroad and on our own, what challenges we faced in the beginning and who or what we miss the most from home. All in all a very cozy and delicious evening!
