Today I went to the market hall in Tampere with Jasmin and Berk. We decided to try the salmon soup together. At first I was unsure if I would like it, but after testing it I thought it was surprisingly good. I never thought that putting fish in a soup would taste good, but it did! We looked up a recipe so that we maybe could re-cook it back at home for friends or family. Jasmin and Berk both also were surprised about how good it tasted. We talked about the historical importance of the marked hall and thought about how it might have looked like. We then walked trough the hall again looking for a dessert. Jasmin tried one of the Halloween-muffins, Berk bought one of his favourite: Cinamon-roll with berry jam, and I tried a Halloween-styled Berliner-styled doughnut. Note to self: If a candy in Finland is kind off a Gummy bear and black it most likely does not taste like coca cola but rather like liquorice… But all together we tried a pretty delicious lunch!
