Etty and I went for a walk and used the time to catch up and talk about the past few weeks. Walking side by side makes conversations feel easier, and Tampere is the perfect place for that.
The city is truly beautiful, calm, open, and welcoming. The mix of urban life and nature creates a relaxed atmosphere where it’s easy to feel at home. We kept coming back to one topic: how much we miss the sun. The past weeks have been quite grey, and you really notice how much light and warmth affect your mood.
Even so, we feel very comfortable here. The walk was exactly what we needed: good conversations, fresh air, and a quiet appreciation for a city that simply feels right.
