Master’s Degree Program in Emerging Media is an international 1-year study program and is held in English. Our group consist of 12 students from more than 5 different countries, from 3 different continents, most of us currently living and working in Tampere as media professionals. We present various professional fields, architecture, broadcasting, marketing, event production, visual and audio design, journalism, civil engineering, although our connecting factor is the interest towards the changing landscape of media field, its new emerging forms and tools.
From this point of view we want to target the culture and media sectors and chose to organise an event that will promote more open and international working atmosphere in Tampere!
