I am going to introduce you few persons and things which are particularly related to Finnishness.
Land of Bizarre Athletes
Finland is home of the great Seppo Räty – one of the best javelin throwers in the world! Seppo is known at very direct person. I think he has never given a single interview where he has behaved “normally”. But the other hand, I think Seppo is only acting like a true Finn. When he has something to say, he does not hesitate to say it.

Land of self-made competitions
In Finland you can find bunch of weird competitions. Just to name a few:
Mobile Phone Throwing World Championships. Swamp Soccer World Championships. Berry Picking World Championships. Kick-Sledding World Championships.
Finnish people are quite innovative. When they can’t compete successfully in traditional sports, they create new ones.
Land of Wind suits
In the past wearing wind suits was quite common. I think this style is coming back.
Well.. I guess this great style tells me that both men and women can wear same clothes. Tells me something about Finnish equality.
Man of the “Sandstorm”!
I am talking about the dude who made the annoying music track. I think this is the only sandstorm you can find from Finland! I am talking about Darude (real named Ville Virtanen).
