Maija Belliard ja Tiina Toikka esittelevät tohtoripilotin – ja muiden tiedekunnan rekrytointiprosessien – tämän hetkistä tilannetta.
Tiina Toikka kertoo ITC:n esihenkilörakenteiden suunnittelun etenemisestä.
Erityisesti: Tutkimusta, opetusta ja taiteellista työtä tukevan henkilöstön verkosto. Toikan ehdotuksena on, että elokuun alussa pidetään tapaaminen, jossa päätetään ITC:n esitys, joka viedään muutosneuotteluun 21.8.2024.
Päivitetty tenure track -ohjeistus (tarvittaessa myös opetuspainotteisten tehtävien meritoimismalli)
Tampereen yliopiston on päivitettänyt ohjeistuksensa. Muutoksia on tehty muun muassa tiedekuntaneuvoston rooliin ja urapolulla olevien suomenkielisiin nimikkeisiin. Keskustelemme muutoksista sekä mieteimme, kuinka ITC:llä hoidetaan esim. tiedekuntaneuvoston kuuleminen
Saara Asikainen tekee katsauksen tiedekunnan riskien hallintatoimiin.

Saara Asikainen presented the next steps in the Annual Plan process and the guidance received.

ITC jury’s view on the applications (DL TAU Infrastructure Steering Group meeting 18.6.2024)
Maija Belliard and Tiina Toikka presented the current status of the PhD pilot – and other faculty recruitment processes.
Tiina Toikka reported on the progress of the planning of the ITC pre-staff structures.
In particular: the network of staff supporting research, teaching and artistic work. Toikka proposes to hold a meeting in early August to decide on the ITC’s presentation to be taken to the change meeting on 21 August 2024.
Updated tenure track guidelines (including, where appropriate, a merit model for teaching-focused positions)
The University of Tampere has updated its guidelines. Changes have been made to the role of the Faculty Council and to the Finnish-language titles of those on the career track, among other things. We will discuss the changes and consider how the ITC handles e.g. consultation of the Faculty Council.
Saara Asikainen provided an overview of faculty risk management activities.
