Talouskatsaus ja strateginen rahankäyttö (Ari) Tilanne on kohtuullisen hyvä, ja strategista rahankäyttöä tarkastellaan jatkossa tiiviimmin.
Lausuntopyyntö koulutusvastuiden muutoksista (Erja) OKM pyytää yliopistoilta lausuntoja koulutusvastuiden muutosesityksistä. Tiedekunnilta odotetaan kommentteja koulutusvastuuesityksiin, jotka tulee toimittaa Kati Toikkaselle sähköpostitse viimeistään 22.8. Lausunto laaditaan tiedekuntien kommenttien pohjalta ja käsitellään rehtoraatissa ennen toimitusta. Lausuntopyyntö ja pääkohdat löytyvät kokouksen liitteistä.
China Scholarship Council (CSC) -rahoitusten sopimusten päättyminen
TAUn ja CSC välinen yhteistyösopimus on päättynyt, eikä yhteistä ohjelmaa enää ole. Asia käsitellään yksiköiden johdossa.
Työelämäprofessorien rekrytointi ja tulosten seuranta
Miten tiedekunta haluaa hoitaa työelämäprofessorien rekrytointia ja tulosten seurantaa? Rekrytoinnista ei haluata aikaavievää. Nyt on ollut käytössä mm. kutusmenettely, sellainen on käytössä mysö mm. Helsingin yliopistossa.
Terve Työpaikka Sirius -järjestelmän käyttöönotto Sirius-järjestelmä otetaan käyttöön ITC-yksikössä 9.9.24 työkyvyn hallinnan ja seurannan tueksi. Koulutuksia järjestetään esihenkilöille seuraavan aikataulun mukaan. Kutsut koulutuksiin lähetetään tällä viikolla.

Request for Statements on Changes in Educational Responsibilities (Erja)
The Ministry of Education and Culture (OKM) is requesting statements from universities on proposed changes to educational responsibilities. Faculties are expected to provide comments, which should be sent to Kati Toikkanen via email no later than August 22. The university’s statement will be drafted based on the faculties’ input and reviewed by the rectorate before submission. The request for statements and the key points can be found in the meeting attachments.
Termination of the China Scholarship Council (CSC) Funding Agreement
The collaboration agreement between TAU and the CSC has ended, and there is no longer a joint program. This matter will be addressed in the leadership teams of the units.
Recruitment and Performance Monitoring of Professors of Practice
How does the faculty wish to handle the recruitment and performance monitoring of Professors of Practice? The recruitment process should not be time-consuming. Currently, invitation-based recruitment is used, similar to the practice at the University of Helsinki.
Implementation of the Sirius Healthy Workplace System
The Sirius system will be implemented in the ITC unit starting on September 9, 2024, to support work ability management and monitoring. Training sessions for supervisors will be organized according to the following schedule, and invitations will be sent out this week.
