- Tiina Toikka kävi läpi Pulssikyselyn vastausprosentit tiedekunnassa ja yksiköissä – sovittiin muistutusviestien lähettämisestä. Tiedonkeruu alkoi 8.4.2024 ja kysely on auki kolme viikkoa. Tänä keväänä toteutetaan lyhyt henkilöstön työtyytyväisyyteen painottuva pulssikysely. Kysely on tiivis ja sisältää vain kaksi monivalintakysymystä ja yhden avoimen kysymyksen taustatietojen lisäksi. Pulssikyselyn tuloksia tullaan käsittelemään yliopiston johtoryhmässä. Myös kukin yksikkö saa nähtäväkseen oman numeerisen tuloksensa.

Other issues
Tiina Toikka went through the response rates of the Pulse Survey in the faculty and units – it was agreed to send reminder messages.
Data collection started on 8 April 2024 and the survey will be open for three weeks. A short pulse survey focusing on staff job satisfaction will be conducted this spring. The survey will be concise, with only two multiple-choice questions and one open-ended question in addition to background information. The results of the pulse survey will be discussed in the University’s management team. Each unit will also be given access to its own numerical result.
