University level language studies at Summer University of Tampere in summer 2020

At Summer University of Tampere you can study on university-level language courses during the summer 2020! All university-level courses may be included into a Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) degree upon request. The courses have a fee for everybody.

The lessons are held in the evenings. The enrolment generally ends two weeks before the beginning of the course. If there are places available on the course, it may be possible to enrol later.

We also offer university-level courses online!

More information about courses held in autumn will be available on the Summer University website during the summer.

Everyone who enrols and pays the course fee has a right to study on a course. Majority of our courses are taught in Finnish.

Fast Track to Professional English Course

This is a course for an engineering / a health care/ BBA / forestry student who wants to study at an accelerated pace to complete their studies and who has the ability to study English of their special field both independently and with students from different professional fields. The course is a 3-credit course for most students (engineering, nursing), but you can also complete 5 credits if the professional English course in your degree programme is a 5-credit course (e.g. forestry, BBA).
