The site is not very visible from Ratina area, where there is high density of people. We wanted the library to be seen across the highway and attract people. The wave form suggests possible movement in direction to Pyhäjärvi. To support the idea of new connection we assume construction of a new bridge above Tampereen valtatie linking Ratina with Pyhäjärvi. The main entrance to the library is suggested at the corner. Roof of the building works all year round as a place for hanging out.
