5th of April
Jonas celebrated his birthday and we invited some friends over so we could cook a typical German dinner for them. I guesed that we would make something with potatoes but I was wrong. We were going to make Kasspatzle. I never heart of it so I was curious and figured that it has a lot of cheese in it.
We used an insane amout of eggs in the dough and mixed it with flower and water. On this point I tough it was going to be an omelet.
But then I was finally right when we were going to use the cheese, a lot of cheese. The last ingredient we used was union, union and more onion. We baked them a little. An them mixed al the ingredients together. Layer for layer.
At 8 all the others came and we had a really nice and tastefull diner together.
