On Thursday we had our ninth meeting at Moro Sky Bar. The tower is quite high so the views are nice also. We hadn’t talked about preparing material to teach and just to be sure I prepared a little bit to teach, which went like it did previous times. We have our own style in studying and teaching that we all know, so it is easy to teach and learn in our group.
I don’t really remember many Korean words yet and my skills in writing Korean are a bit lacking too, but you can’t learn a new language in a short period of time (especially if you don’t have much time to review and go through what you have learned). All in all this is a good basis for me to continue learning Korean.
After studying a bit we talked about differences between Korea and Finland. We talked for example about the weather, how dark it is and how there is not much of snow like one could expect when coming to Finland. It was good to just relax and chat and enjoy each others company.
Next time will be our last time at the pre-Christmas party and I will try to think of something good to bring there. See you there!
