Stockmann -“Hullut päivät”

For our fifth (my fourth!) meeting, the plan was to go for a walk at Pyynikki park, but the weather wouldn’t allow, as it started raining. The rain got worse and it made it had to go out there for a walk, but we managed to come up with another idea which turned out even better than the original one:)

Earlier during the day, I had decided to get a nap before our walk because I was that tired, but that half an hour nap turned out to be a 3 hour long nap.  So, I had to rush for my bus to get to town center. The plan was to meet at Keskustori, but I wasn’t sure where that was, and, to make things worse, I did’t have internet to use google maps or keep in touch with both Sophie and Nuppu. But I managed to go and use McDonald free WI-FI and called them…. yeeeeeey THANK YOU MCs:)

So, we decided to attend the Hullut päivät (crazy days!) sale at Stockman. We looked through and taught each other some great and funny words in all three languages but mostly in French and Finnish.  17841630_10211033386848599_1705423438_n

Rabbit in Frech is lapin and Janis in Finnish

Fox is Renard in French and Kettu in Finnish

Giraffe is Girafe in French  and Kirahvi in Finnish

Pig is Cochon if French and Porsas in Finnish

We really had, a great time and it was nice to just catch up and have a chat about different sorts of topics. A random idea turned into something really fun and memorable. This was one of my favorites meetings, and looking forward to the next one.
