The fourth meeting-Cooking Chinese Food

Dumplings is one of the most traditional food in China.

Yesterday, the 24th of October, Kajta came to my apartment. We cooked dumplings together. She is so talented in cooking.  Although that is the first time she cooked dumpings, she really did very well.

We started from the ingrendints preparation. She cut oions and carrot skillfully. In the same time, we talked about each other’s autumn break . We are all excited and satisfied about the experiences of the vacation.  Also, I introduced Chinses Spring Festival. It is a grand festival, like Chrismas.

What surpried me is that she wraped dumplings so professionally. Most of the dumplings were wraped by her, and no one was broken. In China, the standar of measuring whether your dumplings are successful is whether the dumplings are broken after boiled. Definitely, these dumplings were tasty.

In addition, two of my friends also joined us. Finally, the cooking became a girls small party. Girls from different countries talk so many topics. I learned the univeristy of Germany, the weather and food in Germany, and traveling information, etc.  Everyone felt so relaxed and happy.

This is a real multi-culture learnig journey.
