Hi and greetings from Norway!
I have been in Norway for six months now, doing an exchange program, and I have really enjoyed my time here. The level of education has been very good, and the teachers are professional and knowledgeable. I have also made new friends in my class who have helped me with the local school system and other things. The studies here are more challenging than in Finland, but there is a bigger focus on independent learning.
I spend most of my free time at hockey practice and doing different activities with my teammates. I also go to the sauna often with a Finnish teammate, and we have taught the Norwegians about Finnish sauna culture. I recommend Norway to anyone thinking about studying here, because our cultures are quite similar. Overall, I enjoy my time here and look forward to what’s coming!
