Finnish Nature

I really like Finland’s nature – the air, the lakes, and everything about it. Finland has a lot of lakes, like a thousand of them, and they’re one of the nicest parts of the country. Nothing beats the feeling of spending a hot summer day by the lake.

The forests in Finland are awesome. Just taking a walk there gives you fresh air and a peaceful time. While walking, you can pick some food like berries or mushrooms for later. But be careful, not all of them are safe to eat, and you might end up in the hospital if you’re not careful.

When winter comes, Finland turns really beautiful with all the trees covered in snow. You can still go to the lake in winter, but this time you can go ice-skating or skiing. Lots of Finns like doing these in winter. After a long ski trip, some might want to take a sauna by the lake and go for a swim in the cold water. Personally, I don’t like the cold water at all!
