Tiina Toikalla oli myös lista ITC-tiedekunnan tämänhetkisistä työelämäprofessoreista. Meillä on viiden vuoden työelämäprofessoreita tällä hetkellä kolme kappaletta: Matti Apunen, Ari Kulmala ja Markku-Juhani Saarinen. Lisäksi hieman lyhyemmällä pestillä Hannu Tenhunen. Ja vuosittain vaihtuva journalistiikan työelämäprofessori, joka tänä lukuvuonna on Hannu Kivimäki.
Saara Asikainen muistuttaa, menossa on vuosisuunnitelman viimeistelytoimet, deadline suunnitelmalla on 15.11.2023.
5% tavoitteiden painotusten määrittely ja tavoitteet viimeistä silausta vailla. Top 4 toiminnan ja tavoitteiden riskit ja hallintatoimet on nyt lisätty materiaaliin.
Maija Belliard puolestaan muistuttaa tutkimuksen tietosuojailmoitusten keruusta. TAU:ssa on käynnissä olevien projektien tietosuojailmoitusten keruu (SA-, HE-hankkeet). Keruuta varten on TAU-tasolla valmisteltu saatekirje ja lomake, johon tietosuojailmoitukset liitetään. Asianhallinta palkkaa harjoittelijan, joka tekee kertatyönä nyt kerättyjen ilmoitusten arkistoinnin. Jotta keruuprojekti saisi tarvittavan huomion, pyydetään kussakin tiedekunnassa dekaania lähettämään keruukirjeen kohderyhmälle.
Keskustelemme tohtorikoulutuspiloteista. Missä lippulaivojen ulkopuolisista piloteista voisimme, haluaisimme olla mukana? Prosessin aikataulu yms. aiheuttavat melkoista pyöritystä erityisesti tutkimuksen konttorin Maija Belliardille.

Tiina Toikka also had a list of the current industry professors in the ITC faculty. Currently, we have three five-year industry professors: Matti Apunen, Ari Kulmala, and Markku-Juhani Saarinen. In addition, Hannu Tenhunen has a slightly shorter-term position. We also have an annually changing industry professor in journalism, and this academic year, it’s Hannu Kivimäki.
Saara Asikainen reminds us that the finalization of the annual plan is underway, with a deadline set for November 15, 2023. The definition of the 5% target priorities and the finalization of the goals are almost complete. The top 4 risks and management measures for actions and goals have now been added to the material.
Maija Belliard, on the other hand, reminds us of the collection of research data protection notices. The collection of data protection notices for ongoing projects (SA, HE projects) is underway at TAU. At the TAU level, a cover letter and form have been prepared for the collection, to which the data protection notices will be attached. The administrative management is hiring an intern who will perform the one-time archiving of the collected notices. To ensure that the collection project receives the necessary attention, each faculty is requested to have the dean send a collection letter to the target group.
We are discussing doctoral education pilots. Where outside of flagship programs would we like to be involved? The process timeline and other details are causing quite a whirlwind, especially for Maija Belliard from the research office.
