The Mercy House is home for abused women. Here is their website.
We had the opportunity to visit the Mercy house and talk with the people who are working there. The stories behind the women were touching. The wise house mothers have helped so many women with their children just with love, respect and helping them to recover. The women of the house sang a song of their own to us, visitors, and we were moved to tears.
The women are fulfilling their days with needlework and knitting. With these works they can have money to live. We bought african doll decorations from them, the picture is above.
