FIND THE SOURCE OF HAPPINESS AND PEACE WITH YOGA

When I felt pain, I came to yoga exercises, but when I felt happy and love, I found interested in cooking hobby. I think every people may find out the most suitable way for themselves to balance lives and find meaningful inspiration to continue their daily work life which may have so much stress, deadlock, or even to get rid of the pain that may suffer at some stages of their lives.

Why could yoga help me out of the pains? Every people can have any kind of pain, including physical and mental pains. I have learnt that some of my friends have been motivated to do yoga when they had fallen into one of these two pain types like me. Common reason was that the pains from yoga exercises have made them forget about the self-originated pain. Also, by yoga, the people can challenge themselves to break out the limit of the body. This feeling of winning the new target makes them feel proud, happy and by that somehow release or forget about the inside sadness.

I think this is one of the things people can do to help their mental state temporarily break away from the present and reach inner peace. In some cases, this peacefulness could benefit to enrich their mental life, helping them have better awareness to some meaningful things in lives or find out some new believes which can lead them to new perspectives. Surprisingly already a few successful entrepreneurs around the world have come to Zen (meditation) or some of them have even turned to become a Buddhist, like some big group owner from my country.

When I do yoga, I feel really good. I remember when I first came to yoga when I was not interested in any hobbies and my predestined relationship with yoga came after an emotional shock. I questioned to myself to get stronger and to find out the way of escaping the current situation as soon as possible. Learning yoga from the internet myself and after that to the professional classes helped me connect to the new world where yoga is a good friend pampering and encouraging me to move forward. That was the very good way for me to balance myself and I love yoga. Recently the busy study schedule has stopped me many times from doing yoga and I felt much guilty to myself for these excuses, I really hope to come back to this yoga habit as soon as possible. Moreover, after getting over of myself, I would like to spread this yoga spirit to my beloved friends and family. Maybe firstly I can drag my husband into yoga with me. I have heard that yoga creates better immune systems for people, especially doing yoga is also crucial in the corona time like this.
