Using selective and suitable words in the marketing slogan can get customers’ attention, make them curious to discover more about the brand, make them decide to buy the product, make them love and furthermore be loyal to company products, and even can inspire them to change something better to their life. Therefore, I believe it is so important that the entrepreneur needs to know how to deliver their product’s story to their customer in a very effective and touching way if they want to succeed in winning their customers’ hearts.
I have come to ask Hong Mei, one Vietnamese woman who has started the business in coffee field just from the end of last year. It was our first meeting from the first time I sent her the message on Linkedin hoping to connect and develop my networking. She is a little and modest woman but has in her a very big heart of dreams bringing the Vietnamese coffee and culture to Finland. I can see how the dreams can make a person look so great and powerful. She said: ¨We are sharing love, happiness, and a great coffee¨
Her coffee brand, Kahvikeisarinna, derived from her family’s story sharing about how her uncle and her sister had got over so many obstacles to go to Finland and then brought her to Finland with them. Their journey was so hard, but they had the strong will power to do it with the wish for a happier life. Mei also shared how she felt the love of family when she could come back to see them after decades and how she would like to bond the tie of family members by doing this business with coffee.
By sharing this story to her customer, she would like to connect the meaning of her inspiring story to the specific stories of her coffee customers who want to share love, happiness and a great coffee with their other beloved people. A cup of coffee is not simply a drink, but it delivers values of enjoying moments when people can have meetings, feel happiness and love, share their feeling and dreams. A cup of coffee can blossom the curiosity, discovery brain, and start a new relationship or business ideas.
Besides, she is not only listening the tastes of her customers in a cup of coffee, but also hopes to inspire and encourage her customers to get over the problems they may face in their life and feeding up their dreams for some meaningful purposes of life like herself in her story.
In the fast-changing time of technology and digital, I believe what can remain in the heart of the customers about one product’s image amongst so many competitors are the connecting and inspiring values of emotions. The power of words is incredible, for example we can clearly see how the American people have been driven by the speeches of Trump or Biden in the recent president voting time. I think having a big dream can make our voice and words stronger and more touching. Open heart for dreaming and sharing to your surroundings, then you can spread your power of dreams and attract the success to you.
Kahvikeisarinna’s story has just begun and there are still many things to develop as well as many obstacles ahead to solve, but by keeping up always passion, determination and knowing ‘WHY’, Mei has a strong belief about the bright future when her dream to introduce the Vietnamese coffee and culture to Finland can come true as well as Kahvikeisarinna’s spirit and message will spread more strongly to her customers.
