On the 7th of April 2022, we meet because we wanted to have a swiss dinner. In the third meeting we cooked typical spanish and german food but not swiss food. Although I am learning german and they are learning spanish, we are not from the same countries so Juri didn´t cook that day.
So on this meeting he cooked “Fromage Fondue”. It is cooked by cheese melted by adding white wine. Fondue is eaten hot diectly from the caquelon, dipping the pieces of bread into the melted cheese with a long fork
It was delicious!
