2. Meeting: Campfire dishes

Eventhough our second meeting was quite a while ago now I remember it to be super fun. We went out when it was already dark outside hoping to maybe even see some northern lights. Hanna and I prepared some german “Stockbrot” which is a kind of simple dough with yeast. We then searched for some sticks in the forest that we could wrap the dough around. After going back to the campfire to roast the Stockbrot, we talked about german and carribean BBQ which apperently has many similarities. Corn is very common in both cultures for example though in germany we don’t eat the corn as burnt as Nisa does. All in all it was really nice to mix up all our ways of doing BBQ.
