In our last meeting we were going through all the things we learned in this course. We made a lot of different meals in all kinds of shapes. My favorite ones being:
- the Stockbrot at the campfire and Nisas variation of a what we call burned corn (tasted good though) 🙂
- The carribean soup with the dumplings ( definitely something Hanna and I will do in the future when preparing soups)
- and the ginger beer
It was wonderful to get to know Nisa and parts of the carribean culture. I learned a lot about food but also mindset and all kinds of valueable perspectives on life in general. Since Nisa studies in the Netherlands, Hanna and I will definitely come visit her next year.
