When I think about Finnishness, two things come first to my mind: sauna and nature. They are important parts of Finnish culture and everyday life.
One of the most famous Finnish traditions is sauna. For many Finns, sauna is a place to relax, spend time with family and friends, and forget everyday stress. Almost every Finnish family has access to a sauna, which shows how important this tradition is in Finland.
Another important part of Finnishness is the love of nature. Finns enjoy spending time in forests, at lakes, and in summer cottages. Many people go hiking, pick berries and mushrooms, or simply enjoy the peaceful environment. Nature is closely connected to Finnish identity and well-being.

I think Finnish people also value honesty, equality, and personal space. We may seem quiet at first, but we are usually helpful and trustworthy. These values make Finnish culture unique and create a strong sense of community.
