Keskustelemme aluksi väitöskirjatutkijoiden palkkapaikkojen hakuprosessista ja kielten tohtoriohjelmavastaavan hausta. Hakuprosessit järjestetään samoin kuin aiemmin.
Palkkapaikkojen tarkka määrä on vielä tulee auki, mutta noin 14-16 . Paikat ovat 2-4-vuotisia, ne on tarkoitettu uusille väitöskirjatutkijoille (puolet) ja väitöskirjatutkimuksensa jo aloittaneille (puolet). Väitöskirjan viimeistelypaikat tulevat hakuun syksyllä 2022. Tohtoriohjelmia pyritään kohtelemaan tasapuolisesti ottaen huomioon valmistuneiden tohtoreiden lukumäärä ja ohjaajien lukumäärä.
Tohtoriohjelmat tekevät alustavan ehdokaskarsinnan ja valitsevat jatkoon hakijoita tohtoriohjelmittain.
Kriteereinä:
- tieteellinen laatu,
- tutkimusalueen vaikuttavuuspotentiaali,
- suunnitelman realistisuus,
- tähänastiset näytöt suhteessa samassa vaiheessa oleviin ja
- julkaisusuunnitelman realistisuus ja kunnianhimo.
Dekaani tekee lopullisen päätöksen kuultuaan johtoryhmää ja tohtoriohjelmien ehdotuksia.
ITC-tiedekunnassa kaikkien tulee ottaa käyttöön puhelimissa ja tableteissa Microsoft Intune -mobiililaitehallintajärjestelmä. Tätä varten kannattaa tarkistaa nyt saman tien, onko oma laite vanha. Sähköposteihin tulee erilliset muistutukset asennuksesta huhtikuun lopussa. (Microsoft Intune tulee ottaa kevään aikana käyttöön puhelimiin ja tabletteihin, joilla käyttää korkeakoulun tietojärjestelmiä esim. sähköposti, Teams, OneDrive, intra).

- Tehtävä 1 (nyt heti): Selvitä Mobiililaitehallinta-sivun ohjeiden avulla, onko mobiililaitteesi liian vanha. Jos on, pyydä sen uusimista nyt heti.
- Tehtävä 2 (nyt tai myöhemmin): Saat huhtikuun lopussa sähköpostiin viestin, milloin mobiililaitehallinnan käyttöönotto on ajankohtaista. Viimeistään kun saat viestin, tee järjestelmän käyttöönotto Mobiililaitehallinta-sivun ohjeiden mukaisesti. Aikaa tähän on 6 viikkoa. Asennuksen voi tehdä myös heti.

We will first discuss the application process for paid positions for dissertation researchers. The application process will be organized as before.

- Task 2 (now or later): At the end of April, you will receive via email a request to deploy the Mobile Device Management system. When you receive the request, please follow the instructions on the Mobile Device Management page to do it. You will have 6 weeks after the request to do this. You can also perform the deployment right now.
Suppose you do not deploy the Mobile Device Management on a mobile device.
