German food and football - meeting 3

Stefan, Martin and I met in Stefan’s place for an evening of football watching and eating a German snack – Ozbatzda with pretzels. We watched the football match, listening to the German commentary. I could understand much more than I thought I would as the commentators speak very clearly. We have also had a previous meeting watching football in German so that may have helped also. We spoke about the political systems in each of our countries and I found that they differ much more than I expected, as we are all European citizens and members of the EU. The night was very enjoyable and I learnt even more about Germany and Finland as well as practising my German again.
