First of all, Carla and I gave a presentation about ourselves and about Spanish things. Some of the questions we asked were “Where exactly do we live? – Zaragoza”, “What are the most popular sports in Spain nowadays? – Football and basketball”, “What is the job of the following celebrities: Rosalía (singer), Iker Casillas (football goalkeeper)…”. We also talked about the typical Spanish “siesta”.
On the other hand, Chiara and Laura also asked us a quiz about some things from Germany. Some questions were “Which is the flag of Germany?” “What do the following words mean: Bretzel, Leberkäse, Maultaschen…?”, “What is the capital of Germany?”….
In turn, with the questionnaires, several topics emerged, such as the working hours of the stores in both countries. We deduced that they are similar, since both in Spain and in Germany they are open from Monday to Saturday. We also talked about some “typical memes” of our places.
Finally, we had many laughs as we compared how we pronounce clothing and car brands, and we pronounce them veryyyy differently!
