Ninth French-Korean meeting.

Our ninth meeting was on Zoom.

We started to learn our to say some basic words and simple phrases to talk about the weather like “it’s sunny/ raining/ snowing” Hayoung told us that in Korean the meeting is more “the rain/snow is coming to the ground”. We also learnt how to say “thunder”, “lightnings”, “rainbow”, “light” or “heavy rain” and a lot of other things to describe the weather.

We finally taught and learnt some simple phrases like “long time no see”, or the way we use “adieu” in French and its meaning. Then we also talked about onomatopoeias and the bad habits French people have to always fulfill blanks with “euuuuh” when they speak. Hayoung told us that Korean people used to replace “hum” by “oh”.
