As we watched the Moomin series on our fifth meeting, the museum was the next logical step. We discovered that these little, cute trolls do also have a dark and scary side to their stories.
As we visited the Museum, we talked about several german and finnish words and translated them to each other. As most of the exhibition texts are only finnish, we had a private translator in our finnish group member. Then we talked about several words, we did not understand or we still had questions on.
We also took part in a workshop for creating a short paper animation video. It was a great way to learn about the Moomin Universe, the author Tove Jansson and also the opportunity to experience how the videos we’re animated in the early days.
