Ykkösaiheena valmistautuminen sopimusneuvotteluihin 8.12., hallintopäällikkömme Kirsi Aalto, joka kantaa kunniakkaasti myös ylibyrokaatti nimitystä, johtaa valmistelua. Kyseessä on siis vuotuinen rehtoriston ja tiedekunnan välinen sopimusneuvottelu. Rehtoraatin johdolla käydään keskustelua tiedekunnan

- taloussuunnitelmasta
- henkilöstösuunnitelmasta
- ja sopimuspohjaan ennakkoon tehdyistä nostoista
Dekaani esittelee rehtoristolle tiedekunnan vuoden 2021 toimintasuunnitelmasta strategian kannalta tärkeimmät konkreettiset toimenpidenostot ja mitä resursseja niiden toteuttaminen vaatii. Lisäksi esittelyssä myös vuoden 2020 tuloksia.
Kati Iltasen koulutusasioita ovat OPS-projektin uudelleenjärjestelyt ja uusien koronarajoitusten vaikutukset tenttien järjestämiseen. Kati Iltanen korostaa, että opiskelijoille on järjestettävä tenttimahdollisuuksia. Opiskelijoille opintopisteiden saanti on tärkeää.
Tutkimustoimisto Hamari & Belliard ovat saaneet jo osan Platformien arvointiryhmän jäseniksi ehdotetuista henkilöistä kiinni, ja nyt tarvitaan vielä ehdottaneilta muutaman ( 1-3) lauseen kuvaus ehdokkaastansa.
Ylikasöörimme Ari Laitinen kaipailee muutamia henkilöitä 3.12. teknisten tukipalveluiden palaveriin.
Arjen sankarit -ilmiantoja on tullut runsaasti. Mietimme vielä toteutusta, koska haastateltavia on aika paljon.
Meillä on tiedekunnassa pienimuotoinen valokuvaprojekti: muutama kuvajournalistiopiskelija ottaa kuvia joulukuussa. Ensimmäisenä Hilma Toivonen kuvaa Aino Ahtisen kanssa Hervannassa ja toinen kuvasessio on Pertti Huuskosen projektissa (PinniB). Tarkoituksena on saada ”toisenlaisia” tutkijakuvia. Saas nähdä nyt. Korona on haitannut projektia ja jatkamme keväällä.
Viimeinen syyslukukauden johtoryhmä on 21.12. ja kevätlukukauden ensimmäinen 11.1.2021. Vuonna 2021 keskiviikon ja perjantain aamukahvit jatkuvat.
