8th Meeting (Thai & Finnish) - Adjectives in Thai

Common Thai adjectives you should know

The eighth meeting also occurs during the PoBS trip. This time we taught commonly-used Thai adjectives to Cecilia as it should help her understand when Oat and I are talking sometimes.

  • (Very) Beautiful = Suay (Mak)
  • Handsome = Lhor
  • Good = Dee
  • Bad = Yae
  • Delicious = Aroi
  • Cold = Nhao
  • Hot = Ron

The word “mak” means “very” and it can be put at the end of every adjective, in case you want to stress it.
