After a German night this meeting was a Spanish night. We had some traditional “Tortilla” made out of potatoes “patatabrava”, eggs and onion in a pan. The hardest thing about doing it is the flipping from one to the other side. For a really good taste you have to add a lot of salt! We discovered that no student resident has a extractor bonnet (“Extractor”). We also had bread with a spanish cheese called Manchego. First you take a piece of bread and rub in some tomato and then you add a cheese slice. All in all both the German and the Spanish culture use a lot of bread.
