As my exchange studies I did a semester in Fine Art, Reading School of Art, Reading, England.
In my spare time I was sometimes visiting London since it was so close to Reading. In my spare time I was visiting restaurants and pubs. London has a lot of events and things to do and see. I also visited South bits of the country and West coast of England. The train railways in South East England are great.
Studying in Reading was somehow more free than in TAMK. In TAMK I always have course work to return but in Reading I could only focus on my own art work and process in the studio. The course assignments in TAMK have brought new perspectives to my art work yet it was very nice to focus on developing my studio practise during the exchange.
