I study Business Information Systems in Finland. I am doing my exchange in Seoul, South Korea, at Seoultech (Seoul National University of Science and Technology). I have a total of six courses here and all the courses are related to my major.
In my free time, I like to visit different districts of Seoul and travel to other cities in Korea. I have traveled to Busan, Jeonju, and Jeju Island. I’ve also hiked a lot. Korea has many great national parks and mountains. There are also many great places to hike around Seoul. I have also gotten to know locals and other exchange students.
In my opinion, studying here has been easier than in Finland. The professors are not so demanding and the courses are easier in terms of content.
All in all, the exchange period has been the best time of my life and I am very sad that I have to return to Finland soon. I can recommend Seoul and South Korea as exchange destinations!
