Finnish nature
Finland is known for its lakes and beautiful nature. The picture you see as the main image is pictured from my summer cottage. This is one of my favorite places to be at off all time from any place around the world. The nature in there is therapeutic. The scenery is made out of view to the lake and trees and grass surrounding the cottage buildings. What I enjoy about our summer cottage culture is the fact that it is a place to meet, enjoy peacefulness and spend time together with relatives.
Finnish nature is also one of a kind its amazingly clean air and fresh scenery made up of forest and clean streets and lakes is beautiful.
Peacefulness and own space
I enjoy the peacefulness of living in Finland. The comfort of your own space is nice to have and to the most part everyone appreciates and respects it. I value that a lot in Finland and recognize that this doesn’t apply in every culture. The behavior that resonates from that is people are conscious of their own surroundings and the people around them.
People for the most part are very peaceful in the sense that their habits promote calmness and they don’t want to cause too much burden to others. Also being modest is something that people tend to be from my perspective.
Sauna
Sauna is probably one of the most known Finnish things. Finnish people go to sauna pretty much every time they get the chance, at least i do. With sauna there is lot of rituals attached to it. Sauna is also great way to have hangout nights. It is common for Finns to have get-togethers and have the sauna on if someone wants to go there during the hangout.
