Today was our last meeting with Zichen. This year was pretty tough for both of us: many courses, endless deadlines, important presentations and a lot of teamwork. And we both made it through, so I was happy for both of us! We discussed our achievements and plans for the next year, and I shared my experience with my studies and teamwork.
The most important part is Zichen bringing me homemade traditional dumplings! They were extremely tasty, so I am planning to make some myself one day.
It was a great opportunity for me to get to know the Chinese language, culture and traditions from the local, and share my personal experience with my partner. I believe that we will continue our language lessons or just meet informally to have a chat, since now we have more free time.
