This time we went ice skating, so a big part of the meeting was about learning ice skating vocabulary.
We taught and learned the name of different tricks that are done with skates and we also talked about the differences between ice hockey in Finland and in Spain.
Now I am not only able to say some skating tricks but also to do them since Tiina was teaching me how to skate better as well.
This meeting was a lot of fun and different from the others because we did a lot of sport and it was very cold.
The biggest difficulty I found was that since skating is so popular here, my partner knew a lot of things and I couldn’t teach her so much since skating is almost never done in Spain.
In this case we didn’t really stick to the initial plan but it was a very enriching and fun experience.
