Ever since middle school, I always had a very strong respect and love towards the Finnish culture, as I grew up surrounded by a Finnish family. I learned about the culture, the long winters and the national foods, so when I actually moved here it was already familiar. As different the culture is from my own, there is a sense of softness and respect that I think is really quite special. I love that peace is sacred in a way, and that the nature is highly important here. The sauna experience is also something that I really enjoy, and I love that it truly brings people together.
